Restructuring Leadership Team

National College for School Leadership, based in Nottingham, develops and supports leaders of schools and early years settings. Peter Siviter was commissioned to assist the Commerical Director in restructuring the leadership development team.

National College for School Leadership has a 40 strong Leadership Development team and Peter Siviter assisted in the restructuring of the team through a process of full consultation over a 4 month period. This followed Prince 2 project management methodology and Peter headed a small internal team comprising an HR Manager and Communications specialist.
