4-consulting was commissioned by the Fife Economy Partnership (FEP) to produce an evaluation report investigating the efficiency of a range of partnership working across Fife with particular attention to overlapping and complementary support across different partners.
This included a beneficiary survey, series of workshops, consultations with support providers and analysis of financial data. A report and presentation were delivered to the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) group which consists of Skills Development Scotland (Fife), Fife Council Development Services (economic development and skills & inclusion), Scottish Enterprise, the University of St Andrews and the Fife colleges.
"4-consulting delivered a high quality service, with the outcome of an evaluation report on time and within budget. Provided useful recommendations for the stakeholders, which are already being addressed through a resultant action plan."
Pamela Stevenson, Lead Officer, Fife Council (June 2011)
