Modelling the Impact of Policies on Income and Inequality

4-consulting were asked by NHS Health Scotland to estimate the impact on income distribution in Scotland of a broad range of policies. The research was undertaken in order to facilitate modelling of policy effects on the impact on health inequalities and health improvement through Scottish Public Health Observatory’s Informing Investment to reduce Inequalities (III) tool.
