The management development programme at Reid Kerr College was launched to coincide with the introduction of a new tier of managers within the organisation. College senior management recognised the challenges associated with taking on a new management role and wished to secure the benefits of offering highly individualised mentoring support for this group of staff.
Our consultant introduced the IMX profile to provide a framework for the discussions.
