ICT Performance and Governance Review

MacLean Electrical Ltd, an international electrical distributor based in Scotland, invited us to review the performance of the company's ICT function.

The review recommended changes to the way in which helpdesk, software development and projects were handled by the department resulting in a substantial improvement in user satisfaction, overall ICT operating costs and project success rates.  Subsequently, our consultant was engaged as a mentor for the ICT manager.
