Wind Towers (Scotland) Ltd fabricates the steel towers on which are mounted wind turbines.  The company serves the whole of Europe.

We prepared a Specification of Requirements document and managed a competitive tendering competition.  Our consultant wrote a Tenders Evaluation protocol and advised the company throughout the presentation and contract negotiations stages of the project.
